This year, Nordic IoT Week was in Helsinki, and I was invited to speak on”Pitfalls of Digitalization in Industry: What are they and how to avoid?”

I can’t claim to have all the answers, but I think there’s some interesting reflections, particularly on the organization hurdles to driving some of the needed changes.
